MUSSEL BOWLS WITH CHILLI, LIME AND CORIANDER
Serves 2 EASY 30 mins
WHAT YOU NEED
60ml (¼ cup) freshly squeezed lime juice + extra cheeks, to garnish
60ml (¼ cup) mirin
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 small garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2cm piece fresh ginger, finely grated
½ mild red chilli, thinly sliced
½ mild green chilli, thinly sliced
600g mussels on the half shell small handful coriander, roughly chopped
