Myth Of Luck - jaspreet singh

    INTRODUCTION

After completing my high school i have to go for entrance exam for and professional studies. It was an important exam for me for that I have to secure minimum 50% of the Score. the day the exam was conducted I was pretty sure that I was able to achieve that score, even I hoped for the better results after few days passed I was waiting for the results and I was pretty sure that I will be able to secure the minimum marks easily and even I will score more than 75%. After few days the results were out and I was shocked that, I was only able to achieve exact the 50% of the marks. I was passed but only at no margin of safety.

Though it was a difficult exam but still I do not considered myself of the one of those who does not even pass the exam or just have the passing marks. After few days I asked myself what was that, Was I lucky? Or it was just my wrong expectation of my actual results. Actually I just over estimated my expectations toward my performance in the exam.

The luck is just the foolish excuse for some people for their failure but does it really work. What is luck?

What is fate?  What does it mean to be the lucky one? is it really the one factor  which is only responsible  for the success of the individual. Or is it just a hoax.

This is what this book is all about. For some people the luck is the charm that is the necessary to be successful. For some people it is just a wrong hope which is considered as a hurdle in the way of true
