    SERVES 6 PREP TIME 20 MINS COOK TIME 1 HR

    • 375g pack ready-rolled shortcrust pastry

    • 500g sliced red onions
    • 1tsp caster sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 170ml double cream
    • 1tbsp fresh chopped thyme
