About this ebook
Singleness was difficult for me when I was waiting for a husband from the Lord. I struggled with questions and fears that at times threatened to overwhelm me and send me to the pits of despair! Did God even know my heart's desire? I was so focused on the desire to marry that I lost sight of God's purpose for me in singleness. The Lord has called us all to contentment, peace, and joy in the circumstances. I wrote Single for a Season for several reasons, one of which is to encourage you that you are right where you are meant to be. God has NOT forgotten you nor has He left you or forsaken you. Through Single for a Season, I would like to help you overcome your single challenges and show you how to persevere in the waiting, without giving into the temptation of falling into anyone else's arms but Jesus'! 'Single for a Season' was also written to help you work through difficult times before they lead to despair. Decide to trust God no matter what your circumstances look like in the natural. God is supernatural – He is not bound by natural laws. If you have purchased this book, it is time to put off the pressures and expectations of the world and put on God's expectations, purposes and plans for you as a single Christian woman, in waiting!Singleness was difficult for me when I was waiting for a husband from the Lord. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I would firstly like to thank my heavenly Father for trusting me and giving me the ability and the calling to write this message. Without His love and grace, I would not even be on this earth. I would also like to thank my husband Kevin for his faithfulness to me and my calling. His support and encouragement have often given me the push needed to put fingers to keyboard to get
