About this ebook

Dancing Alone captures all faces of love in the most deceitful manner, for poems could have million meanings depending on how the readers read. Through poetry, this book shows how the presence and the absence of love could bring different emotions and different outcomes. To those who have set foot in the ocean of love,

to bathe in the creation of sunlight kissing earth,

only to find its waves and depth tickle their bones

    and rush their heartbeats,

and to those who left the whys unanswered.

    Preface

This book captures all faces of love in the most deceitful manner, for poems could have million meanings depending on how the readers read. There is no other reason for Dancing Alone to be published but to show how in this modern time, poems could still show how words are such a powerful energy that could radiate love to all who read it.

    More

The more I see the sun,

The more I crave for snow

    The more I see people,

The more I want to go

The more I look for love,

The more I feel left out

The more I know the truth,

The more I want to lie

The more I think of hope,

The more I want to cry

    Surprised

I hope you won’t be too surprised

When I told you what makes me satisfied

    Pressing the next button

    Over and over

Just to find a little piece of truth

You won’t tell straight to my face

I hope you won’t be too surprised

When I told you what disappoints me

    Pressing the next button

    Over and over

    Just to find no truth

Because you won’t tell straight to my face

So I have to be both-

    Satisfied and disappointed

Because all I can get is your kindness

And I can only share my awkwardness

Because there’s no truth to be
