    THANKSGIVING

The Holy Spirit and my precious wife and co-laborer in the Kingdom of God assisted me enormously to make this book a reality. She translated my thoughts into writing and added many powerful insights as well. Also, to our precious Kad-Esh MAP team in Israel and our worldwide partners; they enabled us to have this quiet time to separate ourselves and to write. This book fulfills my Yah-given dream and calling to set the captives free!

    Dedication

To my gift from God, my wife, Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman, and to all the mighty anointed women that against all odds are answering the Great High Calling.

    Introduction

The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.

    Genesis 1:2

In the Hebrew language, the word for spirit is ruach. Ruach also means wind, and it is in the female gender. In the Hebrew, the above verse reads as follows:

The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving as a female floater (or dancer) over the surface of the waters.

    Genesis 1:2

Many more attributes of Elohim-God the Creator are female:

I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and I find knowledge and discretion. The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverted mouth, I hate. Counsel is mine and sound wisdom.

    Proverbs 8:12-14

Wisdom in Hebrew is chochma. Discretion in Hebrew is orma. Knowledge in Hebrew is daat. Understanding or sound wisdom in Hebrew is bina.

All of them are the attributes of the Creator, and they are female as well as one of the names of God is El Shaddai by which He revealed Himself to Abram.

When Avram was 99 years old ADONAI appeared to Avram and said to him, "I am El Shaddai [God Almighty]. Walk in my presence and be pure-hearted.

    Genesis 17:1

A shad in Hebrew is a woman’s breast full of milk ready to nurse! El Shaddai can translate as, The Elohim that can feed us as a nursing mother does.

In 1992 we visited Dr. Yonggi Chos’s Prayer Mountain in South Korea. My wife and I were at that time in Apostolic journeys in the Far East. Upon learning that we were Israeli ministers, a dear brother in the Prayer Mountain coordinated a private appointment with the then Senior Pastor of the largest church in the world! We entered Pastor Cho’s spacious office and ignoring all the pleasantries, Dr. Cho asked us a question:

Do you want to know the secret of my success?

Of course we thought we knew, "everyone knows it is prayer!"

He answered directly, No! It is woman; I use women in ministry! Women are my best cell leaders! That is why we are growing so fast!

We were both astonished! As a young couple in ministry, we were trying hard and without success to fit the mold of Christianity. I, Baruch, am the man; therefore, I was the head of the ministry. My wife was only my navigator or intercessor. We had much strife because of that since the Almighty had revealed to her everything, including the name, vision, and mission of our ministry! On top of that, she always had the anointing to preach! She always had the message, and it was right on! We thought this to be a mistake! Women aren’t supposed to be leaders or give direction, are they? And here, Dr. Yonggi Cho was dispelling all our theologies that were causing misery to our ministry and marriage!

In this book, I will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Elohim (God) is not only for women preachers, evangelists, teachers, prophets, apostles, and in leadership positions but that He created them to co-rule with man.

Elohim created man in His own image, in the image of Elohim He created him; male and female He created them.

    Genesis 1:27

    Chapter One

    Where the Struggle Begins

I will greatly multiply your pain in childbirth, in pain you will bring forth children; yet your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.

    Genesis 3:16

I have had a lifelong struggle with the subject of women in positions of authority. So, to save you years of frustration and hardship, I will give you my findings so that you will have the results of my struggle in an orderly way. Hopefully, these conclusions will help to refute years of misunderstanding and, consequently, a lot of bad teaching and bad doctrine concerning women.

First of all, let us look into the beginning of Creation and see where my struggles, as well as the struggle of many of you, start: In the Garden of Eden.

Elohim created Adam as male and female with equal authority and mandate to rule and to be fruitful.

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

    Genesis 1:27

After the work of creation finished, as He rested, He formed Man (Adam) out of the dirt of the ground, giving him life by breathing the breath or Ruach Elohim into him so that he became a living being, able to walk and talk.

Then YHVH Elohim formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

    Genesis 2:7

Later on, He cast a deep sleep unto Man-Adam and took a rib out of his side with which He formed woman or Wo-Man, a man or Adam with a womb. Notice that God made Adam to be both male and female. One had a seed, and the other one had the womb to receive the seed from fulfilling the mandate to be fruitful and fill the earth.

We have established, therefore, that Adam was both male and female with the same authority and the same mandate but with different body functions.

Elohim gave Adam one dietary commandment:

    YHVH Elohim commanded the
