To be honest, it's hard to love ourselves.
WE WERE RAISED IN A society that didn't teach us how to love ourselves. Some people don't believe this is important, but self-love is one of the best things you can do for your own well-being.
MOST OF US SEE A LOT of flaws when we look in the mirror, and we remember too many bad things from the past . Life will become difficult if you don't love and listen to yourself. Each day, love yourself more. Then, everything will become better.
Self-love is not always easy.
By being honest with yourself and letting yourself feel the pain, you will find self-love. The things you did in the past that you are ashamed of should not make you feel bad. Forgive yourself and move on.
We cant ignore the presence of negative emotions like jealousy or disgust or anger all around us. Despite our mood ( happy or sad) we should express all of our emotions.
Love is a choice, just like anger, hate, or sadness. When someone hurt us in the past, we can forgive them. Finally, we can move on when we can forgive. The choice is always ours.
OUR BODIES, MINDS, and souls grow when we do things that help us become better people. Because you care a lot about your own well-being and happiness, you are self-loved. Do not give up your own needs to please other people. That's self-love. love yourself, you don't accept anything less than you deserve. This is self-love.
Because we all have different ways of taking care of ourselves, self-love means different things to different people. For your mental health, you need to figure out what self-love means to you as a person.
What does self-love mean?
In the beginning, it could mean many things.
