The paper is about foreskin hygiene/disorders and how it affects penis length; measurements from this study showed that longer foreskins and phimosis results in a shorter stretched penis length. Sample size of 2547 freshmen students, measured during their entrance physical exams. Average age of 19.4, age range of 16-40. Average stretched length from pubic symphysis to tip of the glans was 13.4 cm.
