Spring 2008 .
This course is designed to help students gain a perspective regarding the industry and some cross-sectional understanding of the issues to be mastered to be successful as construction managers. The course material is built around a set of topics that introduce the nature of four basic resources (money, machines, material, and manpower) and the concepts for their management. Finally, this course attempts both to pull together most of the concepts introduced this far and to present a fairly recent and innovative management form that has been developed by the industry.
