Some Issues of HHI CAMP

1. Laundry

Electrical load / Breaker trip while in operation

10 dryer working out of 16 dryers and 16 washers are running condition but
few washers has problem in installing them proper training needed to
working persons.
In front of laundry new washers and dryers are scattered need to shift to
new laundry room.

2. C-2 19 ---Freeze of the room has leakage so that it need to repaired or replaced
with new ones reported by Bhakta.
3. C2-17 switch board not working need to be changed reported by Bhakta.
4. C2-21 Fluorescent tube out of order need to be replaced.reported by Bhakta.
5. C3-19 leakage found in ceiling and water heater.

6. C5-11 Air conditioner has leakage of water severely. AC technician Mr. Ronnel
has been reported to fixed it out by Mr. Begam Bahadur Thapa House keeping
person.

7. D1 camp area cooking woods are found and cigarette buds found every where.

8. D3 camps entrance leftover food has been thrownoutside.

9. D4 camp bathroom has the water leakage and water heater was not working since
7 months as reported and bathrooms knobs jammed and drainage are jammed. Mr.
Bhakta has been advised to change the dirty curtains as new curtains are available
with him.

10. K Camp public toilet has water leakage / toilet sheets are broken and floor has been
damaged and broken air conditioner has been found outside.

11. Global Staffs recreation room has no Air conditioner.


12. K1 building bathroom has broken exhaust fan and door locks are broken.

13. K2 buildings bathroom has leakage

14. Ice room 1 air Conditioner is out of order and Need more 2 as per Mr. Bhakta. Needed
water valve in Ice room in order to fill water.

15. Between recreation hall and laundry of G camp 21 broken water heaters and lying outside.

16. Out of the fence nearby Chinese mess hall garbage bags seen.

17. E3 camp public toilet water pressure found very low and garbage has been scattered every
where.
