information before publication to the European Patent Office. We may also provide the results of the search
and any examination that has been carried out to other patent offices, even if this is prior to publication of
your application. Any sharing prior to publication of your application will be carried out on a confidential
basis and the results will not become publicly available through the other patent office before publication
takes place in the UK.
