| SEC. $. REQUIREMENT FOR PROVIDING DATA IN AN INFEL-
LIGIBLE FORMAT UPON RECEIPT OF A
coURT ORDER.
(a) ReqemremENT—

‘The term “electronic communication service” has
the meaning given such term in seetion 2510 of title
18, United States Code.
