House sales sampled over the last week continue to indicate a flat Brisbane market. From our sample of 10 houses, we estimate an average growth rate of -1% for the last 12 months. Based on sales recorded over the last 4 weeks to 3 / 2 / 11 the median house price is $532,000. For the same period this time last year, the median house price was $534,000, representing a fall of around -$2000.
