STRENGTHS Choose comfortable classroom for teaching Well-prepared for the lesson Using the suitable teaching aid (power point)
WEAKNESSESS Miss Lim is too nice with the pupils Only has an eye-contact with the pupils in front. Do not know to control her anxiety Give too much attention to the computer and unaware of what had happened to her pupils Lost control of the class Easy to give up Soft-spoken voice Put high expectation on her students

We think, Miss Lim should : Be more strict to the pupils (emphasize the rules should be followed before the learning session starts) Has eye contact with all of the pupils (to control students behavior during learning session Learn how to control the class well (class management) Use behaviorism approach
