WEAKNESSESS Miss Lim is too nice with the pupils Only has an eye-contact with the pupils in front. We think, Miss Lim should : Be more strict to the pupils (emphasize the rules should be followed before the learning session starts) Has eye contact with all of the pupils (to control students behavior during learning session Learn how to control the class well (class management) Use behaviorism approach
