HESI EXAM - GUIDELINES

You will be required to take the HESI Psych Mental Health exam. This exam is worth 5 % of your total grade distributed as follows based on performance:

You should be able to see the results of your HESI immediately after you take it. If not your instructor will have a report. Review: If you wish to take a review before you attempt the HESI examination you may use the NCLEX-RN examination test titled: Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination by Linda Anne Silverstri, 4th edition ISBN: 978-1-4160-3708-8 (you will be using this book later in NURS 456 so it will be worth your investment) Place the CD in exam mode the CD is found in the back of your book.
