      This is a reprint of the original C19th book which is a great introduction to pattern and decoration and, if you're like me a vital tome for piecing together clues about age or date of a building

      Excellent resource with 3002 illustrations covering all aspects of design, including architecture, pottery, graphic design, calligraphy, pottery, weaponry, heraldry, furniture, jewelry, foliations, gothic tracery and more. I should use it more than I do.
