If required by the Carrier three original Bills of Lading must be surrendered duly endorsed in exchange for the Goods or delivery order.
LAW AND JURISDICTION CLAUSE:
ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS BILL OF LADING SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF MALAYSIA AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION BY THE COURTS OF MALAYSIA.
