abouttheincidentItwasprobablythemotherorthebrother,nowit
turnsout.
TheparentsgaveseveralpressconferencesbeforePatsyRamseys
deathfromcancerin2006,avidlydisavowinganyroleintheirdaughters
[Link],whomaintainedahomeinCharlevoix,Mich.,ran
unsuccessfullyfortheMichiganlegislatureandcontinuestospeakout
periodicallyagainstanyallegationofwrongdoinglobbedatthefamily.
Notably,byColoradolaw,noonewhowasundertheageof10atthe
timeofacrimecanbechargedwithhomicide,Spitzsaid.
SpitzaddsthatmoredetailswillemergeinthesecondpartoftheCBS
specialaboutBurkeRamsey,includingallegationshehadpreviously
smearedafamilybathroomandhisbeautyqueensistersbedroomwith
feces.

TherehavebeenquestionsaboutwhetherJonBenetwaskilledbythe

usedforpainting,thatwasbrokenoffandusedasaonesidedhandleon
thegarrote,hesaid.
