This is Tsugihiro SHIMURA, Project Specialist, International Exchange Group,


International Affairs Department, the University of Tokyo.

Thank you for participating the session and also answering the questionnaire!

the information we provided to you, or any consultation is welcomed!!

I have 3 requests to you in order to upgrade our services.

1) Please let me know if you apply to any program(s) of UTokyo in the future. Normally
after you submit application to a degree program, no individual question is allowed by
the school you apply to, but I will try my best to answer your question or consultation
within my capacity.

2) Please answer to a following up questionnaire to be sent to you approximately one


year later.

3) If you successfully join any of UTokyo program... congratulations!! Please contact me


before or just after you arrive in Japan. I will invite you for a coffee or lunch in/near
Hongo campus and would like to hear your success story for my survey!!
