Clean face and hands
Combed hair
Neatly dressed

Tiger, Wolf, and Bear cap, according to rank.

5 NECKERCHIEF AND SLIDE


Orange with blue border for Tiger. Gold with blue border for Scouts working in
Wolf Handbook. Light blue with dark blue border for Scouts working in Bear Handbook.
Each is secured by a slide for that rank.

15 SHIRT
Official long- or short-sleeve, navy blue. Wear with either pants or shorts.

15 PANTS/SHORTS
Official navy blue pants or shorts, no cuffs. To be worn with official long- or
short-sleeve navy blue shirt.

Official navy blue web belt cut to proper length with Tiger or Cub Scout
insignia on buckle.

Wear the U.S. flag, den numeral, and Journey To Excellence


Award (if earned) as shown. Only the most recently earned
award may be worn.

Wear the council shoulder emblem and pack numeral
as shown.
The veteran unit insignia bar (25, 50, 55, or 60 years),
if worn, is centered and touching the council shoulder
emblem (above) and pack numeral (below).

Temporary insignia are not necessary in uniform inspection, but if NATIONAL


SUMMERTIME
worn, must be centered on the pocket, or hung from the button. AWARD PIN
The National Summertime Award is pinned centered
on the right pocket flap.
The Cub Scout Outdoor Activity Award is worn on the right pocket
flap. Each successive time the award is earned, a National SERVICE STARS
Summertime Award may be added to the flap.

5 LEFT POCKET
Cub Scouts wear badges of rank as shown:
Bobcat, Tiger, Wolf, and Bear.
Wear medals just above the pocket seam,
and service stars centered just above medals
or knots, or 3/8 inch above seam if no medals are worn.
Gold background disks are worn with service stars
for Cub Scouting service, including Tiger service.
Not more than five medals may be worn.
Wearing sequence for medals or knots
is at the wearers discretion.
The only knots worn by Cub Scouts are the religious
emblem knot and a lifesaving or meritorious award knot.
The World Crest emblem and (optional) 1910 World Crest Ring
are worn centered horizontally over the left pocket and vertically
between the left shoulder seam and the top of the pocket.
