Personality Consider factors like Physical Appearance, Grooming, Smartness, Enthusiasm,
etc.
Communication Observe candidates clarity in oral communication, degree of articulation,
body language and voice modulation.
Job Knowledge The extent to which the candidate possess Technical Knowledge of the job
Relevance of Experience Assess and evaluate the experience of the candidate for the Job.
Consider how close and unique his experience has been to that of the job he/she is being
considered for.
Learning Orientation: The degree of desire the candidate exhibits towards learning for
exceeding performance on the job for which he is being considered.
Stress Tolerance: Assess the extent to which the candidate would be able to cope with stress
on the job.
Career Orientation: Individuals clarity of objective and how focused he/she would be in
achieving the same in the organization.
Confidence: The degree to which the person is certain about his capability, knowledge and
skills.
Listening Skills: The extent to which the person concentrates in hearing and
comprehending.
Determination and Drive: The extent to which the candidate is firm in purpose and strong
on Achievement Motivation.
Dramatization: Candidates ability to explain situations vividly and create real picture of the
situation.
Rapport Building: Candidates ability to influence and build strong relationships with
customers, peers, supervisors and other members of the organization.
Cultural Adaptability: Assess the extent to which the candidate would be able to acclimatize
with the organization Culture.
