This register is to be maintained in respect of all workers,


exempted under section 64 or 65 from the provisions of Sections
51 and 54.

1. This register shall be preserved for a period of three years after


the last entry.
2. In column 9, equivalent hours for additional production of
places reported in column as converted according to section
59(3).
