Story Structure and Treatment Analysis

The document outlines the common structure of 3-act stories, including chapters/sequences within each act. It also describes Watts' 8-point model for story structure: stasis, trigger, quest, surprise, critical choice, climax, reversal, and resolution. For each element, a brief definition is provided, such as stasis representing the normal situation that is disrupted by a trigger, and the resolution returning to a new stasis. Additionally, there may be multiple stasis points for different characters.
