Use T.code:SHD0 for screen variants

1. Give the name of the T.Code and creat a group variant ( to apply the screen variant
for a selected users only ) using Create button stating with Z as letter followed by
your convention

2. Now click the system automatically adopt the transaction variant


(ie, Group Name +T.code)

3. Now press Create button on your left top corner

It will lead you to Initial Screen of Change: Network: Initial Screen
Enter the Network number and press ENTER button, It will take you to a popup screen

Following Popup appears

Give the name of the screen variant& its short text Select the Check Boxes , which
Screen Tabs you want to output/ Hide /Required etc

Observe the following screens do as per your users requirements by selecting the
Tabs, Fields etc

My users not required the above so I hide the said
tabs in the following screens by selecting the Check Boxes in invisible column

My users should not change the input fields of Start date, End date, Scheduling type etc
so the same was achieved by selecting the Check Boxes in Output column

Exit and Save


Next Screen Appears

Give the name of the Screen Variant in the Short Text and SAVE

Select the package

Create your own request for trans port to other clients

Assign the selected users to use this screen variant by selecting the assign &
Set proposal buttons

Go back to Back Button and Test the T,code using the assigned user id

you will find the screen tabs hidden fields disable etc.,
