Clearing Cheque Template

The letter requests that the bank clear a previously issued cheque for Tk. 43,750, cheque number 12 dated May 18. The company had previously sent a letter asking the bank not to clear the cheque due to insufficient funds, but now requests that the bank clear the cheque upon presentation. A second letter requests that the bank clear a previously issued cheque for Tk. 64,200, cheque number 35867 dated August 18, 2004 made out to Unique Cement Industries Ltd. As with the first letter, the company had previously asked the bank not to clear this cheque due to insufficient funds, but now asks the bank to clear it.

Please note that recently we have issued a cheque of Tk. 43,750.00 (Taka forty three
thousands Seven hundred &fifty) only having No. 12 on 05-18. A few days before we
gave a letter not to encash the cheque due to shortage of fund. But hereby you are now
requested to clear / encash the cheque upon presentation.
