This recruitment exercise requires that a candidate seeking appointment must produce two credible and responsible
persons as referee's. If you are wiling to stand as referee, you must complete this form in your own handwriting.

Please note that it is very dangerous to stand as referee for persons whom you don not know well. Acceptable
referees include traditional ruler, magistrates, Local Government Chairman, Secretary to State/Local
Government, Head of Educational Institutions attended (Principals, Rectors, Provosts and Vice
Chancellors) career civil servants must not be below the rank of Grade Level 12, Fire Officers must not be
below the rank of CSF or a paramilitary or military officer of equivalent rank and above.
