Upon arrival | spoke with the RP Who stated that the suspect had contacted her neighbor. The suspect asked the neighbor to ask the RP to borrow some tools, whihc she stated violated the contact by third party condition of the OFP. | spoke with the neighbor, and obtained a taped statement from him as well as recordings ofthe voice mails left by the suspect. ENTERED DATE/TIME: 07/19/2011 01:52:00 NARRATIVE TYPE: MAIN REPORT ‘SUBJECT: NARRATIVE DRONEN AUTHOR: DRONEN, JIM On 7/18/11, | responded to 19675 Ireland PI in reference to an OFP violation. Upon arrival | spoke with Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, Sandra stated that on 7/17/11, her ex-husband, David Rucki, called her neighbor, Gary Grassle. David asked Grassle to ask Sandra if he could borrow a carpet stretcher and carpet iron. Sandra provided me ‘with a copy of her OFP and stated she believed that David violated the order by contacting her through a third party, She also stated that David had been warned about this twice in court already, and was currently awaiting his trial for violating the order once already. ‘After speaking with Sandra, | called Grassle. Grassle stated that David had called and left him a voice mail message on 7/17/11 at approx 0930 hrs. David had said that his basement had partially flooded due to heavy rains on Friday, and asked Grassle to ask Sandra to borrow the carpet stretcher and carpet iron. Grassle left ‘Sandra a message on 7/17/11, advising her that David had called him and asked Grassle to borrow the tools. Sandra spoke with Grassle and advised him that David could not have the tools, at which point Grassle left David a voice mail advising him that Sandra had refused his request. Grassle told me that Sandra had come to his house on 7/18/11 and showed him the OFP she had against David and told him he should make a report. Grassle stated that he did not know that Davia's request would violate the OFP. | responded to Grassle's address at 19660 Ireland Way and obtained a taped statement regarding the incident, and also recorded David's original voice mail message. Grassle also played a voice mail he had received from David on 7/18/11, at which point David told Grassle that things were not good between him and Sandra and that he had been hoping that Grassle would ask to the borrow the tools as if he was the one who needed them, not David. | also recorded David's second voice mail message as well.
