  • Revision Steps Guide: Provides detailed steps for a personal exercise in revising past memories to improve perception and emotional response.

Revise your past to your ideal to change your present and future.

STEP 1 Identify the past memory you want to revise. It could have happened a moment ago, or in
your childhood.

STEP 2 Determine how you would have preferred it to happen. What did the other person say?
How did you feel? How did it make your life better?

STEP 3 Get comfortable, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Find your inner silence.
If you are in public, driving, etc, you can do this like a daydream with your eyes open.

STEP 4 Imagine yourself living the memory as you desire it to be. Bring in all of your senses.
Repeat the scene over until it feels real.

STEP 5 Either fall asleep or open your eyes and resume your day. You have now hacked your
reality, and you should no longer feel impacted by the old memory.
