A. Travelling expenses allowed will be in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order
No. 53, series of 1986 and Executive Order No. 298, subject to the usual accounting and
auditing regulations and to the availability of funds.

B. After completion of travel, submit immediately the required certificate of travel completed
together with the transportation tickets, certificates of appearance, brief accomplishment
report and other necessary supporting papers, if any.
