Bias The Kalam Vision: Dare to Dream
The Dare to Dream Scheme aims at creation of an ecosystem to foster innovation and
technology development in Defence and Aerospace by inviting Start-ups and individual
innovators and engage them to carry out R&D which has good potential For Future adoption
to meet Indian defence and aerospace needs.
The Objective of the Challenge
To unearth unexplored ideas and concepts providing solutions to identified problem areas.
Facilitate and support rapid development of indigenous, innovative and novel technologies
from ideation to production meeting the requirement of the Indian Defence and Aerospace
sector, in shorter timelines.

Should be Citizen of India above Start-ups controlled by Indians
! 18 years of age and recognized by DIPP
3 “A unique opportunity to unearth
unexplored ideas, concepts and
provide implementable solutions
to identified technology challenges.”
The entries received will be judged by a two stage process, (a) screened by Domain Expert
Committee and (b) short-listing and ranking by Independent Expert Committee.
Applications to be submitted through online mode only.
Applications to be submitted either in Individual or Start-up category.
An individual having start-up may apply in the capacity of Individual or Start-up.
Select the challenges For which you want to make submissions.
An individual or start-up can apply for not more than five area of challenge.
Provide a write-up of 500 words for each challenge selected. You can also submit.
attachments (PDF format, less than 2 MB) with more details for the submission.
The three winners and in addition, top five participants in each area will be recognized
ona public forum.
