Muhammad Arsalan Khan has submitted a complaint regarding registration issues with his Samsung S9+ dual SIM phone on the DIRBS system. Complaint Greetings of the day. I have Samsung S9+ Dual Sim on which one of the slots is registered and
Summary the other slot showing not, I tried to register that slot using my Passport and it's giving me error
GSMA Record shows 2 IMEIs, given IMEI count: 1 and when I tried to register both of them it
says one of the IMEI is already been registered in DIRBS. I live in UAE and bought the Phone in
2018, I always used slot 2 on my phone for my Pakistani Sim and Slot One for UAE sim for
Roaming as I work for Etihad Airways and due to work commitments I need to use my phone on
roaming as well. Please advise and rectify this issue as I need to use the Slot 1 as well for my
Pakistani Sim and I am travelling back to UAE today night.
