Dear ______________,
This is in reply to your letter dated May 14, 2020, requesting the undersigned to
allow your store to resume its operation. Apparently, the nature of your business which is
the trading of essential products falls under Section 2 (4) (f) of the Omnibus Guidelines
on the implementation of community quarantine in the Philippines which states that:
“Section 2 (4) The following persons are allowed to work or operate with a
skeleton workforce unless a different operational capacity is provided:
(f) … delivery of … hardware, housewares … shall likewise be allowed.”
The above cited issuance clearly shows that only the delivery of such essential
goods and products may be allowed. Hence, you may resume your business operation but
limited only to delivery services.
However, beginning May 16, 2020, _________ shall no longer be under
community quarantine in accordance with the Inter-Agency Task Force Resolution No.
35. That being the case, you may continue your operation at full capacity on the given
date.
Please be reminded that the granting of the resumption of your business operation
is without prejudice to strict observation of minimum health standards.
Be guided accordingly.
Truly yours,
