Thank you for booking your parcel with us. To ensure your parcel travels as smoothly as
possible, please follow the instructions below:-
1. This is all the paperwork you need:
You should have:
• 4 Address labels
• 4 Commercial invoices
2. Apply the address label to the parcel.
3. Put all the remaining paperwork into a clear
plastic envelope marked "Customs Documents"
and attach it to the parcel.
Check all documentation is accurately completed to avoid any delay in transit. Make sure the
service barcoded labels are securely attached to the parcel and are clearly visible.
Your parcel should not contain any food items or dangerous goods i.e. perfumes, aerosols or
liquids so please take care to remove any such items before sealing it up
None of the paperwork needs to go inside the parcel.
