Interview Call Letter

The Higher Education Commission has scheduled an interview for Abu Jawad Rafid for PhD studies in Germany. The interview will take place on June 4, 2012 at 8:00 AM at the HEC Regional Centre in Lahore. Rafid has been provisionally shortlisted and should bring original documents including educational records, a thesis or research proposal, acceptance letter from a German supervisor, CV, domicile, CNIC, and this call letter to the interview.

 A copy of Master/MPhil/MS Thesis/Research Proposal
 A copy of “Acceptance Letter” (or a Proof of contact) from German Supervisor/Professor.
 Updated CV
 Original Domicile along with a copy
 Original CNIC along with a copy
 Interview Call Letter

You are advised to reach the interview venue on time. No TA/DA will be admissible for the
interview.
