Pet Policy Reminder for Residents

The condo management has received complaints about dog owners allowing their pets to relieve themselves in the parking levels. This is unsanitary and a health hazard. The condo rules prohibit pets from going to the bathroom in any common areas, including parking levels. Owners must clean up immediately if their pet has an accident. Dear Residents:

We have received several complaints of residents allowing their dogs to relieve


themselves in the Parking levels. This is not only unsanitary but is also a health
hazard to your neighbours! Owners should NOT be walking their dogs in the
parking levels and allowing them to defecate and urinate in the parking levels.

As Per the Rules of TSCC 1496 – Parking:

N. 08 – Pets shall not be exercised and shall not relieve themselves in the lobbies,
corridors, elevators, stairways, footpaths, sidewalks, pavements, balconies, patios,
terraces, gardens, landscaped areas or any of the common elements. In a case
where a pet has relieved itself, the pet owner shall clean the affected are
immediately thereafter.

We thank you for your anticipated cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe
environment.
