Products are being exalt to expend,
Consumers are going to intend to spend,
What are your rights to contend?

For products that has been consumed,
Protection can only be aimed
By information that should be confirmed.

Right to choose of what we needed,


With a variety options provided,
Products and goods that we really wanted.
Are you really contented?

Right to be heard, right to redress,


For some businesses have an unfair services.
With the customers’ suggestions and advices,
They will still leave it actionless.

We are all customer 24/7.


And every product that we have chosen,
Sometimes could be a detriment.
