Entry, Security Clearance (Staff, VIP and Visitors)


Reception, Waiting Area, Registration centre for
visitors along with (Administration of the same and As per Floor Area
Record room and Surveillance Centre), Inquiry
desks, Kiosk, Ancillary Service Areas, Surveillance
Room.

To be designed on the basis of departmentalisation.

Each office zone will be designed for a complete


chain of designations keeping in mind the project
hierarchy and shall be independent of each services
and need physically available in each zone.

There will be 5 office zones/teams comprising of 50


primary users each.

Each team will be allocated an


area of 300 sq. mts.
(Team of 50 will include Project Manager,
Compliance Officers, Cyber security Specialists, Data
Center Technicians, Cloud Architects, IT Engineers,
Coders, Hackers and Interns) Six such teams have to
be allocated space in design program along with
ancillary spaces they would require during the work
timings.

Leisure spaces can be a sharing facility between


different teams as per design conceptualisation.
Each independent User will have and independent
working space, they have to be provided with other
ancillary spaces that can be shared and used for
leisure activities. The hierarchy of areas will be
decided as per design of each layout provided for
the respective personnel’s.

They will have access to the whole centre and have


designated service lifts, toilets other services as
needed and individual residence spaces in the
facility. Minimum office space for each
should be 45 sq. mts. plus 5 sq.
mts. of the secretary = 50 sq. mts
minimum for each.
Their deign spaces should be zoned keeping in mind
they can have access to the seminar, conference,
team office areas, research centre, internal meeting
and board rooms, Labs and data storage centre.

Every Personnel will have a secretary with an


adjacent office space of minimum 5 sq. mts.

All labs to be provided on the same floor with easy


access to Project Managers and Upper Hierarchy. 75 sq. mts.

To be designed like office Zone for team of 10


people 150 – 200 sq. mts.

Administration office 15 people.

Cafeteria, Gym, Leisure Room, Resting Spaces, As per user zoning and access to
Library, Rest Rooms, Changing Spaces, Kiosks, any the space. (refer standards for per
other if design demands. person space requirement)
Only for Upper Directives and VIP’s, Staff Transport
vehicles, Emergency Vehicles, Facility Vehicles. -

To be left as vacant rooms for stacks and racks of


data drives.
