company’s logo, leaflet templates, event’s poster and banner. We are providing unique designs,
templates to our client over 12 years in Bangladesh. An Italian company named “Enel” backs us. We have
over 50 skilled and creative designers who are working for our clients and they have more than 10 years
of working experience. I am writing you to provide our services and take your company to another level.
We design new and creative logos for companies, educational institutions, banks, NGOs and many
more. We also provide services to our clients for registration of the logo. We, Bengali celebrates Eid,
Puja, Pohela Boisakh, Independent Day, Victory Day, and Language Day every year. On these
occasions, companies need to print leaflets, greetings card, and banners for their employees, partners,
customers, members and investors. We provide the best and unique templates every year to our each
clients. Companies have some special events like annual picnic, annual meeting etc. We provide our
special and unique design templates for those special events. We also design the yearly calendar for our
clients.

Facilities
I. Client has the right to change and customize the design.
II. Each client will get 5 unique sample design in each event. So, they can choose
easily their favorite one.
III. We provide the best quality banners and leaflets for our clients
IV. Our employee will set all the banners and distribute leaflets
V. Every design will be unique and will not be used for another company.
VI. Client has the right to add or remove things from the package. But it should be done
before signing.
VII. Once you have enrolled in a package, you will get 10% discount on your next
renewal membership.
Terms and Conditions
I. Membership form fee and package fees are not refundable.
II. Client has to give us minimum 3 days for making design.
III. Minimum 5 days required to print posters and banners.
IV. Minimum 3 days required to print leaflets.
V. To set posters, banners and distributing leaflets will charge 500 BDT each day.
VI. Client has to pay extra for getting services which are not included in the packages .
VII. If the limit of leaflets, banners, posters and designs are finished, client has to pay
extra for the additional services.
