Based on information furnished in the online application form, My Tathyakendra ,


170/1 Station Road, North Durganagar, Kolkata, Pin-700065, West Bengal has been
registered as a Principal Entity (PE)with Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) under
the provisions of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference
Regulations(TCCCPR) 2018, for the purpose of registering its Headers and SMS/Call
templates for carrying out telemarketing and/or commercial communication,
including service and transactional communication services, by way of voice calls
and/or SMS.

This registration number is valid across all telecom service provider networks.

Should the PE wish to send such commercial communication itself, it will be required
to also register as a Telemarketer (TM) and sign an agreement with RJIL to use
telecom resources from RJIL for such commercial communication. The Terms and
Conditions as specified in the agreement, in line with the provisions of the TCCCPR
2018, will be the guiding principles for the validity of such registration.

In case the PE wishes to outsource such commercial to a third psssarty, who should
already be registered as a TM, the PE may authorise such third party by way of
digital authorisation through its account in the DLT-powered inter-operator
commercial communication platform. The so-authorised third party TM will then be
able to send such commercial communication on behalf of the PE registered herein.

The ownership and responsibility for all commercial communication sent by the PE,
either itself as a TM, or through a third party registered TM, will rest with the PE
only, and the PE will be liable for any validated violations of the TCCCPR 2018
arising out of such commercial communication.
