Ms. EMELITA V. ALCANSADO:

Demand is hereby made upon you in behalf of my client, MR. JOHN MICHAEL F.
JAVIER with address at Tabang, Plaridel, Province of Bulacan, for the payment of
Php100,000.00 obligation as evidenced by one (1) post-dated check with particular as follow:

Malhacan Br. Malhacan
Tollgate, Meycauayan
City, Bulacan

When the check was deposited by my client on their maturity date, they were all
dishonored by the drawee bank for reason of “Account Closed”.

Before we avail of judicial remedy for the solution of the problem of my client, we have
decided to give you a period of TEN (10) DAYS from receipt hereof within which to pay the
amount of Php100,000.00 to JOHN MICHAEL F. JAVIER. Your failure to heed this request
will prompt us to take criminal and civil actions against you to protect the interest of my client.

Please give this matter your preferential attention to avoid the expenses and humiliation
ordinarily attached to a court litigation.
