Executive Summary
I created this business in hopes to see change in the way we care for
our oceans and to create beauty from trash collected from our shorelines
to shine light on the promotion of sustainable practices. We all play our
parts, we are all on the same team, love your land, care for your oceans and
support your communities.
Throughout this proposal I have included our core values,
organizational statement, a rough sketch of the organizational structure,
some examples of our products and services we provide, a sample form,
and our budgets for marketing, and the organization as a whole.
CEO
Our Statement
To provide comfortable living both inside and outside the home by reducing waste along
the shorelines you love.
Sea 2 Me 2
Core Values
1. Environmental Awareness: Understand how waste affects our environment and the
ways one can go about actively reducing, and promoting environmental
consciousness
2. Equality: Treat everyone how you would like to be treated. With all the same goals in
mind there is no reason success can not be achieved as one unit with varying
personalities and backgrounds.
3. Creativity: This company thrives off creativity though our artwork and our
merchandise, without innovative and new ideas we do not grow.
4. Ocean Enthusiasm: The entire business is based off our beautiful coastlines, without
the love and passion for such, this business could not exist.
Culture Statement
We like to support people who believe that the world should come first and
that we need to do our part in preserving the gifts it gives humanity. As well as
providing humanity with alternative options for decorating a home through
furniture, artwork, and even jewelry. I want people to want to make a difference in
not only the world but in communities as well by supporting other local businesses,
farmers, and locals who just might need a little help by giving them a job and
potentially a new perspective that can help change the world.
We believe everyone is to be treated equally and have clearly defined roles
so there is no confusion when it comes to tasks. We also believe that conflict can be
handled in private in a positive manner that benefits the work environment and
helps the employee. No one should ever be talked down to, and there is expected
to be clear respect for the person in charge and respect to and from all employees.
Everyone works hard as a unit to reach for the dream of the company and succeed
together.

Services and Programs
Services
Jewelry Melted down ocean plastic and naturally occurring fibers bind together
these beaded bracelets.
Artwork Melted down plastic with natural dye are complimented with ropes,
metal, and nets found along shorelines, collected by our volunteers and
made into beautiful artwork that acts as a reminder to care for our
oceans.
Furniture Our furniture is made from recycled plastic and driftwood found
along shorelines. It is weather resistant and can be placed
outside as well as inside for decor, and an active reminder to care
for our oceans
Examples:
This belongs to 4Ocean but is a baseline of what we would like to create, we
Sea 2 Me 4
will not in any way be using the design of 4ocean and support this company
in all ways.
This is an example of what we hope to create in many varying sizes to
decorate local shops, businesses and homes. By incorporating plastics, dyes,
and repurposed netting and other nonperishables found in the oceans we
clean.
Programs
Offered though our volunteer department are opportunities to travel with us to
local areas or international/ intercoastal locations to assist in on shore ocean clean up and
offshore collection using eco friendly netting.
Volunteering at local beaches is completely free. Whereas traveling with us to
international and intercoastal locations adheres a fee.
Pricing Strategy
Based on competitor’s prices ($20 average) We believe that pricing the bracelets at $15 would be
more attractive to the customer. I feel as though the art pieces, bowls, and whatever else is
created needs to be assessed individually. I wouldn’t want to price anything over $75 because we
want everyone to be able to purchase, protect, and preserve the oceans through my company.
Sea 2 Me 5
Eventually the market will crash for these types of organizations because one day our ocean will
be clean, and that is okay. However at the moment we believe that it is a well worth price to pay.
As much as the world preaches to clean oceans there’s not many people doing it so we believe
there is ample supply at the moment to collect, and transform.
Promotional Plan
We will use social media platforms to reach my target market. We also believe people
love when things they order come in cool packaging and have a sticker. And that promotes
marketing because people put it on, laptops, water bottles, cars etc…
Creating a successful Instagram and twitter is key to promotions because it allows people
to have real time updates on progress and activities as well as interactions with the consumers
and photos of the work you are doing.
Our goods will also be in stores that collaborate with us as a featured item/ goods.
Hopefully we can donate some furniture and artwork to coffee shops and other places so
they can place them out for people to use and look at, then visit our website.
We would also like to go to business conventions and festivals. As well as farmers
markets and small-town events all over.
Marketing Plan
TARGET MARKET:
- Ages 12 and up.
Kids begin with social media, into trendy movements
- People who have a soft spot for wildlife and protecting the environment
- Those who live coastally
PROMOTIONAL PLAN:
- Social Media
Instagram
Twitter
- Local stores
- Collaborations with similar companies and organizations
Marketing Budget
Sea 2 Me 6
Action List
Attractive website and social media (ASAP)
We need to have our produced featured in businesses and advertisements
A factory to produce our product
A company to create stickers
A solid employee base
Metrics
- Our metrics would be tracked by the use of social media on the platform itself. There is a
way that companies and public figures are able to do that if they switch their accounts to
business accounts.
- For sales, they would be tracked by purchases, and amount spent on products
- Promotions would be tracked by interactions and number of people reached.

Competitive Analysis
COMPETITORS
4OCEAN ………………..
Trash collection and bracelets made out of recycled materials
SandCloud ……………
Sustainable products such as towels, bottles, straws, clothing.
Cape Clasp ………….
Promotional bracelets to support Cape Cod.
HOW DO WE COMPARE?
We not only sell jewelry, we also sell melted plastic artwork, and recycled plastic
furniture. Of course, t-shirts and stickers would be available because that in itself is f ree
marketing.
Due to our size in collection, and products we would be able to be ranked over Cape
Clasp. They do amazing things, but are much smaller
Dying collected plastic and turning it into art and household items is so cool! We have
never seen it done and we think that would turn attention to our business because it is a “new”
and beautiful alternative idea

Sea 2 Me would like to request and propose a collaboration of resources and skills to be
paired with WBSCSD and IGBC. The company as a whole has expectations of high sustainability
and are able to reach such goals through the practices of ocean clean ups both on and off shore
using completely biodegradable netting, an eco friendly development center to create our
recycled plastic used for our merchandise. We use eco friendly dyes and repurposed wood and
non perishables found along our shorelines and in our oceans. We generate a high amount of
income and publicity due to the popularity of our business and trend in the world. We are an
active participant in movements regarding our mission and act as a support system to smaller
