UFM Hearing Schedule for Marwadi University

1) 26 students from various courses at Marwadi University have been called to a hearing before the Unfair Means Committee for adopting unfair means during the recent Winter 2019 university examinations. 2) The students are to appear at the hearing on November 13th, 2019 at 2:45 PM at venue MB350 on the 3rd floor of the B wing at Marwadi University in Rajkot. 3) The students must show cause as to why punishment should not be imposed, and they are informed they must attend personally to submit an explanation or submit a written reply if unable to attend. Failure to attend will result in proceedings continuing without their response.

It is hereby notified for the information of all concered that the following students of Marwadi University were reported of adopting unfair means in WINTER-
2019 University examinations. They are been called as per the following schedule for hearing before Unfair Means Committee. The show cause notice of below
students is issued and has been sent to their respective Deapartment. However even if they do not receive show cause notice all concern are herewith informed
to remain present at following venue and schedule without fail.

Student are therefore hereby called upon to show cause as to why the punishment prescribed in show cause notice not be imposed upon student and student
are hereby informed to remain present personally and submit their explanation before the Unfair Means Committee of the University on Date, Time, Venue as
prescribed in this notification.

It may kindly be noted that if student do not remain present on the date and time fixed, it will be presumed that student have no response to be given to the
present UnFair Means Case and the proceedings would be conducted ex-parte. If student is willing to submit written reply,
the same may be submitted on the date fixed here in above.
