➢ Objective:

This module facilitates the changing/correction of scheme component( Online scheme) due to
wrongly captured during auto-receipt voucher in eGramSwaraj portal through (Treasury-
PFMS-eGS Integration )

The step wise process that needs to be followed by Panchayat Maker user in eGS Portal is
described in this document.

1.2 Panchayat Maker Login:

i. Panchayat Maker user will login with authentic user credentials to perform further
actions.
ii. In left panel of the portal,Select Master Entry→ Voucher Transactions→ Journal
Voucher.

iii. Select “Receipt Rectification” option from the drop down list.
iv. Click on “Search” option and the below page will be displayed
v. User will have to select the voucher by clicking on radio button and then click on
“Submit” button and the below page will be displayed

vi. User will have to select the component name from the drop down list and then save
the form to confirm the changes.

Validations and Instructions:


1. This module will be available to only those users which will be permitted by State
Admin and an official communication needs to be submitted to MoPR stating the
reason for error.
2. State needs to provide the LGD code of the Panchayat along with the “Receipt Voucher
number” which needs to be altered by using “Receipt Rectification” in Journal
Voucher.
3. Only those vouchers will be displayed which were previously approved by District
Admin while booking Auto-Receipt entries
4. The rectification will be allowed if there is enough available balance under the
respective scheme component which is being changed/corrected.
5. If the sufficient amount as per booked against Auto Receipt Voucher is not available
then system will not allow the rectification.
