The Municipality of Infanta is the boundary of our Province of Pangasinan on the
West side, this described that we are far away from our provincial government. In every
Provincial Occasions or events that they needed our participation it is very hard for us to
transport, aside to the cost of hiring, also limited unit of passenger Buses in our area.
We, heard to our kababayan Mr. Juanito Madronio , he is one of your employee, said
that Victory Liner Company was selling their used/old Passenger Buses. We are third class
Municipality, we cannot afford to purchase a Brand New Passenger Bus. As Mr. Madronio
said to us that all running and stored unit of Victory Liner is in very good condition. We are
very much encouraged to purchase.
In behalf of the people of Municipality for us to transport safe and comfort to our
destination. We intend to purchase (one) 1 unit of passenger Bus to your company.
