The bearer of this letter whose name are listed below are fourth – year student of the Bachelor of
Secondary Education Program and presently enrolled in Field Study 1 (Observation of Teaching-
Learning in Actual School Environment) and Field Study 2 (Participation and Teaching
Assistantship) this first semester, school year 2022 – 2023. In view of this, matter may we request that
they will conduct their Field study activities in your school starting September 19th to December 16th
2022 every Monday for FS 1 and every Tuesday for FS 2 at least 4 hours every scheduled day .

The Field Study activities will help acquaint our students to actual classroom teaching and learning
situation so that they will be guided in developing their teaching and assessment skills, classroom
management and preparation of instructional materials and other activities in the classroom.
Rest assured that our students will comply with the health protocols of DOH, IATF and DEP Ed.
