Marilao, Bulacan after having duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby certify that in a
Special Meeting of the Board of Directors dated August 1, 2022 after a motion duly made and
seconded, the Board has unanimously approved.
“Resolved, as it is hereby resolved that the corporation shall open and maintain an account with
FIRST METRO SECURITES BROKERAGE CORPORATION located at the 18th Floor
PSBank Center, Paseo de Roxas corner Sedeño Street, Makati City.”
“Resolved further that RHOMEL F. IBARRETA is authorized to execute trade, to transact and
to sign for and in behalf of the said corporation the pertinent papers or documents regarding the
said transaction.”
