Dear Ms. Swift:

At the outset, allow us to thank you for gracing us with your team’s presence last
September 15, 2022. We appreciate the visit headed by Ed Sheeran, Special Investigator I,
and Ariana Grande, Special Investigator I.

In response to their inquiries, allow us to formally provide you with the following
information:

1. FLOOR AREA. We currently have two buildings. Building 1 is intended as storage


for materials and ingredients. Building 1 covering 5.33 x 11.25 meters has 4 rooms.
Building 2 is the store itself and covers 6.5 x 10 meters.

2. STORE CAPACITY. The store has 5 4-seater tables and chairs and 2 6-seater
couches. Thus, the store can accommodate approximately 25-30 clients at the same
time.

3. VENTILATION. To date, under Building 1, We have 4 exhaust fans and 2 ceiling fans
The store has 2 exhaust fans for the kitchen and 1 floor standing airconditioner.

4. FIRE EXIT SIGNAGES. To date we already installed temporary signages while


waiting for the permanent ones currently being fabricated.
