Due to the current pandemic situation and in compliance with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) policy guidelines, the Office of the University
Registrar (OUR) temporarily suspend all Face-to-face transactions and releasing of documents personally until further notice.
Releasing of documents are done through delivery/shipping via LBC courier services only. Currently, the Office of the University Registrar can
only ship documents domestically. Delivery/shipping time can take 1 to 3 days.
All requested documents are process within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of payment. Please take note that posting, and processing time
of payments and delivery/shipping time are excluded from the 7 to 10 working days processing time policy of the Office of the University
Registrar.
Payments can take 3 to 10 days to be reflected and posted to client's Online Document Request (ODR) account. Payment posting, and
processing time may vary depending on the payment channel used by the client/requester. Clients are advised to use Landbank of the
Philippines (LBP) as payment channel for lesser payment posting, and processing time.
