Billing with all the functionalities present in Dot Soft. Clarity deals with the Order flow and Provisioning of
Customers. The data given by SSAs are migrated into the systems and Operations for those SSAs will start as
scheduled. As Clarity handles Order flow, various tasks will be going to errors because of the data mismatches. We
monitor those mismatches and clear them to maintain the smooth order flow. Clarity O & M also handles issues
with Workforce management as raised by customers. Scheduled dunning activities and maintenance are also part
of O & M and Bug-fix teams.
