I’ve analysed the Price of the devices you requested. Here are the results:
- The Samiba DR750 device is more expensive to purchase tan the Sundai TB10.6 device.
- Also, software for the Samiba device costs more tan for the Sundai.
- Cases cost about the same.
- However, Sundai device have higher maintenance costs.
Overall, my estimate for the TCO for the Samiba is 999,75€ over tree years. The Sundai is a bit more
expensive, at 1049.55€.

- As a freelance person I think that the free plan is more an enough.
- For a small company, Microforce's standard plan may be a good option, as it has some extra
features and is still much cheaper than Jozo.
- a large government department I would choose Microforce again, but in this case the
enterprise plan not only for the price but also for the unlimited licenses.
